Dorothy Louise [Parks][ Manning
September 28, 1927 ~ September 24, 2019


Dorothy Louise Manning, of Pauls Valley, passed away September 24, 2019 in Plano, Texas at the age of 91 years.

Dorothy Louise Parks was born September 28, 1927 in Paris, Arkansas to Annie Faye [Horne] Parks and Orby John Parks.

Dorothy and W. R. "Jelly" Manning were married on November 27, 1953. She is a retired Telephone Operator from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, now A.T.& T. Dorothy was a member of Pauls Valley Trinity Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orby and Faye Parks; her husband, W. R. "Jelly' Manning; brothers, Jack Parks and Bill Parks; and sister, Ann Schooley.

Survived by her two daughters, Debbie Sewell and her husband, Tommy [Plano, TX], and Mary Gentry and her husband, Tim [Oklahoma City, OK], five grandchildren, Rachel Denbow, and Sarah Bonvouloir and her husband, Jason, and Joseph Gentry and his wife, Melaney, and Shannon Compere and her husband, Ryan, and Richard Sewell and his wife, Cami, nine great grandchildren, Sebastian, Ruby and Smith Denbow, and Bayleigh, Brookelynn and Brynnleigh Bonvouloir, and Fenton Sewell, Piper Gentry and Adeline Compere; one sister, Elizabeth Loftis; and one brother, A. W. Parks and his wife Norma, and various nieces and nephews.

A visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 27, 2019 at 10:00 am at Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Terry Mott and Dr. Tim Gentry. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following charities: Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) 825 NE 13th St., Oklahoma City, OK. 73104, Oklahoma Jail and Prison Ministries, 2629 W. 1-44 Service Rd. Ste 204, Oklahoma City, OK. 73112 or any other charity of your choice.
