Dorothy Ann Payne Hensley
April 7, 1931 ~ February 25, 2015


Dorothy Anita Hensley was born April 7, 1931 and passed away February 25, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Payne and Winnie Brewer; one brother, Gerald Payne; and her husbands, Otto Grounds Jr and Seth A. Hensley.

She is survived by children, Randy Grounds, Susan Marchbanks, and Seth Hensley, III; grandchildren, Heath and Jennifer Marchbanks, Leisa and Greg Hall, Tony and Michelle Marchbanks, Gregg and Jennifer Grounds, Cory Grounds, Sara Hensley Claggett and Marisa Priddy; 13 great grandchildren; one brother, John Payne, and nephew, Andy Payne.

Dorothy lived most of her life in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma where she was active in her church, Valley Christian, and her community as long as her health allowed. She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Mt. Olivet Cemetery officiated by Larry Cornforth. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Professional Services and interment are under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
