Robert J. "Bobby" Fowler
May 6, 1940 ~ April 4, 2016


Robert "Bobby" Fowler, 75, entered life eternal on Monday April 4th, 2016 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He was born May 6, 1940 to Robert Fowler and Frances [Warren] Brucker, in Oklahoma City, OK

He lived in Pauls Valley, OK, then moved to Amarillo, TX with his step-dad, Charlie Brucker, mother, Frances, and twin brother, Jimmy at the age of ten.

On April 1st, 1968 he married JoAnn Raleigh Maddux in Irving, TX.

In 1969 after moving to Grapevine, TX he established Grapevine Automatic Inc.

In his free time Bob enjoyed boating, horses, motorcycles, and his beloved dogs.

Survivors include his son, Robert G. Fowler and daughter-in-law, Christine and their three sons, John Brucker, Christopher Glen, and Talon James of Northlake, TX; stepchildren, Rick Maddux, Richard Maddux, Sheri Northcutt; brother, Jimmy Fowler of Pauls Valley, niece Frances Fowler, nephew Michael Fowler; sister, Polly Ann Weatherford of Pauls Valley; as well as many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents; and brother, Don Stallings.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 10:00 am at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
