Carl David Bracksieck
August 17, 1945 ~ June 1, 2013


Carl David Bracksieck of Pauls Valley, OK entered this life on August 17, 1945 in Davenport, OK and entered eternal life on June 1, 2013 at the age of 67 years.

David grew up in Maysville and graduated from Maysville High School in 1963. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pauls Valley. He served as a paramedic in the US Air Force Reserve.

He married the love of his life, Becky Blakeley, on October 28, 1967. The couple made their home in Pauls Valley and enjoyed traveling and the outdoors. David dearly loved his family and had a passion for his work and was a source of inspiration to all those around him.

David worked in the retail car business for over twenty years. He was currently the general manager for the Bingham Family Auto Group of Chickasha, Oklahoma.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Sibyl [Hyde] Bracksieck, and his father and mother-in-law, Ralph and Lois Stufflebean.

David is survived by his wife, Becky, of the home, two children, Traci Haumpo and husband, Brien of Ponca City; Michael Bracksieck and wife Kim of Elmore City; and two grandchildren, Ryan and Kaitlyn; sisters, Carlene Suggs and husband, Jerry, of Pauls Valley and Sheila Copeland of Oklahoma City.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 10:30 am at Mt. Olivet Cemetery officiated by Dr. Joe Elam and Pastor Kenny Kelly.

Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
