Death: August 29, 2000

TATUMS -- Services for Kenneth Grant "Kenny" Tyler, 47, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Bethel Baptist church with the Rev. Frank Lawson and the Rev. Reginald Lawson officiating. Military graveside rites will follow at Little Flock Cemetery in Elmore City.

Tyler was born Feb. 6, 1953, in Colorado, to Kenneth and Wanda Newberry Tyler. He died Aug. 29, 2000.

A 1971 graduate of Fox High School, he served more than 20 years in the National Guard and was employed at Marty's Karry Out Corner in Ratliff City. He lived in Colorado, Oklahoma City and Tatums all his life. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Frison.

Honorary bearers will be Rockie Williams, Arnold Lasky, Jerry D. Hooks, Tillie Pettus, Kerry Taylor and Johnny Harris.

Kirk-Dawson-Dillard Funeral Home will direct services.
