Glenn Carl Buckner
July 13th, 1959 - October 2, 2010


Glenn Carl Buckner was born on September 13, 1946 in Pauls Valley, OK to Andrew Monroe Sr. and Margie Pearl [Shephard] Buckner and entered eternal life on Thursday, February 11, 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 63.

Glenn spent most of his childhood days in Pauls Valley where he attended Dunbar Elementary School. He later attended Central High School in Oklahoma City.

Glenn enjoyed visiting with his friends and watching old western movies.

Mr. Buckner is preceded in death by his parents Andrew Monroe and Margie Pearl Buckner; his wife Roberta Scott Buckner; brother's Bennie L. Price and Andrew Buckner Jr.

Mr. Buckner is survived by : 3 Sons: John Glenn Buckner of Los Angeles, CA; Glenn C. Buckner Jr. of San Antonio, TX; and Michael Bullock of Purcell, OK. 3 Daughters: Angela Hunter and Cynthia Hood of Los Angeles, CA; Glenda Buckner of San Antonio, TX 7 Sisters: Minnie P. Stevenson, Maxine Buckner, Jean Buckner and Gwen Lewis of Pauls Valley, OK; Donna Whitlow of Tishimingo, OK; Terri Martin and Bridget Bruner of Norman, OK He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Buckner are scheduled for Friday, February 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley, OK with Rev. Richard Gaines officiating.

Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Pauls Valley, OK under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.
