August 2, 1934 ~ May 23, 2023


Mr. Wayne Rawson, 88 of Oklahoma City, former resident of Newcastle, Oklahoma, died early Tuesday morning May 23, 2023 at home surrounded by his family. He was born August 02,1934 in Wallville, Oklahoma to Hance Joner Rawson and Edna Earl [Owen] Rawson.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the: First Assembly of God Church, PO Box 873, Maysville, OK 73057 or any Veterans Organization.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00 - 6:00 pm, Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Winans Funeral Home, Maysville, OK.

Wayne's funeral services will be broadcast on Facebook Live on Winans Funeral Home Facebook page.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the First Assembly of God Church, Maysville with Pastor Thomas Ayers officiating.

Burial will be held in the Antioch Cemetery with military honors under the direction of John W. Williams of Winans Funeral Home, Maysville.
