Funeral services for Mr. Jack Robinson, 32, were held at the Methodist church in Waukomis Sunday afternoon at 1:30 with the Rev. M.T. Webb conducting the service. Burial was in the Waukomis cemetery. Mr. Robinson passed away in an Enid hospital Friday following a two weeks' illness. He was accidentally shot in the knee two weeks ago Thursday while he was hunting. He underwent an operation the next day for appendicitis. Blood poisoning developed later, which caused his death. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gladys Brooks Robinson, two daughters, Mava Dean and Peggy Lou, and two sons, Jack and Robert, all of the home southwest of Fairmont; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Robinson of Waukomis, two brothers, Bill and Homer Robinson of Waukomis, and two sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Dick of Fairmont and Mrs. Lois Crist of Goddard, Kan. The bereaved wife and other relatives have the heartfelt sympathy of a host of friends in the Fairmont and Waukomis vicinities.

Services for Gladys E. Robinson, 79, 710 N. Central, who died Thursday, November 28, 1985 will be 1 PM Monday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Doctor Ron Fellemende officiating. Burial will be in the Waukomis Cemetery.

She was born September 27, 1906, on a farm east of bison to William and Emily Brooks. She attended the Pioneer school.

She married Jack K. Robinson in 1924. He died in 1936. She moved to Enid in 1943 and retired from Bass Baptist Hospital in 1971. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Besides her husband she was preceded in death by two daughters, two brothers and a sister.

Survivors include two sons, Jack Robinson of Enid and Bob Robinson, Marysville, Washington; a daughter, Mava Wilson, Enid; a sister, Martha Money, Oklahoma City; 12 grandchildren, and 17 great – grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church with the funeral home acting as custodian of the fund.
