Robert Bruce Rogers
September 9, 1943 - November 30, 2023

A Memorial Service for Robert Bruce Rogers, age 80, of Enid, will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 7, 2023, in Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Jim Edmison officiating. The United States Army will provide military honors. Cremation arrangements and funeral services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Bruce was born September 9, 1943, in Enid, to Herman and Edna (Rugh) Rogers, and passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023.

He married Dean A. Whittenberg on July 17, 1965. Robert worked for Dierkson Jones Buick and Halliburton over the years. He enlisted in the National Guard in 1965 and was honorably discharged in 1969.

Bruce is survived by his daughter, Kristin Winton and husband David; grandchildren, Jacob Vaughn and wife Hailye, Garrick Prelesnick and wife Hannah, Brilee Winton; great-grandchildren; as well as three nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Dean; brother Richard Rogers; sister Ruth Ann Fletchall; and friend Marlene.

Memorial donations in Bruce's name may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
