Waukomis Cemetery


The memorial service for Tracy Lynn Young Olson, age 40, will be held 11 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2008, at the Waukomis Baptist Church. Rev. Danny Marney will officiate. Burial will be in the Waukomis Cemetery . Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Tracy was born April 29, 1968, in Enid, OK, to J.D. Manire and Kathy Young and died November 8, 2008, in an accident. She was raised in the Drummond, Waukomis area and attended the Drummond School.

She married Rudy Olson on July 22, 2008, at the Round Pen.

She worked as a horse trainer, shoed horses and at the sale barns. She was a true cowgirl. Tracy loved spending time outdoors with her horses and her dogs. She devoted her life to her husband and animals. She will be missed and loved by her husband forever.

Survivors include her husband, Rudy of Hennessey; her son, Josh Patton of Hennessey; mother, Kathy Mattke of Enid; sister, Leah McGee of Crescent , OK; three uncles, Leroy Young, Terry Young, and Jerry Young; a nephew, James McGee; and close friends, Michell and husband Dominic Benites and their son, Dominic Benites, Jr of Enid.

Tracy was preceded in death by her father, grandparents and a nephew.

Memorials may be made to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home in the name of Tracy Olson.
