Graveside services for Victor Ray Fulton, 71 of Waukomis, will be 2:00 PM Saturday, October 7, 2017, in the Waukomis Cemetery with Pastor Gary Miller officiating. Arrangements are the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Victor was born November 10, 1945, in Washington, D.C., to Albert Clay and Gladys Gober Fulton, and died Saturday, September 30, 2017, at his home.

Victor grew up in Oklahoma, graduating from Enid High School. He attended Phillips University and graduated from NWOSU at Alva with a mathematics and engineering degree. Victor worked for Arco Oil and Gas, Continental Resources, Mustang Gas Products, and was owner and operator of Fulton Measurement. On December 21, 1986, he married Debra Hill in Enid and they made their home in Waukomis.

Victor enjoyed fishing, playing poker and rook cards and working on cars and engines.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

He is survived by his wife, Debra of the home; children, Jeremy (Terry) Brown of Houston, TX, Steven Brown of Conroe, TX, Jennifer (Orlando) Brown, and Victor Fulton Jr, both of Waukomis, Patrick Brown of Cypress, TX, Jennifer Fulton and Roger Fulton, both of Oklahoma City; twenty grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Hospice Circle of Love.
