Waukomis Cemetery


ENID — Graveside service for Paula Raye Parrack Blaylock, 65, will be 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, in Waukomis Cemetery. Pastor Tommy LeGrand will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Paula was born Dec. 29, 1945, in Levelland, Texas, to Buck Raymond and Myrtle Gertrude Wilder Parrack and died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011, at her home with her family.

She married Tony Blaylock Jan. 2, 1965, in Calvin, Okla.

She worked as a budget analyst in the civil service, retiring after 30 years. She was a wonderful wife and mother, loved casinos, and her puppies.

Survivors include her husband, Tony of the home; daughter, Twalla Wahl of ScottTownship, Penn.; sons, Troy Blaylock of Waukomis, Patrick Blaylock of Oklahoma City, and Todd and Jill Blaylock of Waukomis; 12 grandchildren, Kyle, Kurt, Kortni, Colton Wes, Sicilly, Sarah, Jacob, Kamren, Coltyn Ray, Jordyn, Romey and Brynnadi; father, Buck Parrack; mother-in-law, Ruby Blaylock; sister-in-law, BillieWebb; brother-in-law, Marvin Webb; sister-in-law, Judy Parrack; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Parrack; mother, Myrtle Parrack; and father-in-law, Ullis Blaylock.

Memorials may be made to OU Medical Center Children’s Hospital.
