Rose Hill Cemetery


Graveside service for Nancy Pecha will be Monday, May 8, 2023 at 10:00 am in Rose Hill Cemetery, Carrier, Oklahoma with Pastor Cody Anderson officiating. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Nancy Virginia (Johnson) Pecha was born February 11, 1951 in Enid, Oklahoma to Virgil and Ethel Johnson and passed into the arms of Jesus on May 2, 2023 in Enid.

She was raised in Enid, before moving to Goltry, Oklahoma, where her father was from. Nancy lived there for over 50 years before returning to Enid. She attended Enid Business College. Nancy worked for Enid State School for 29 years before her retirement. She then worked at Cherokee Manor, where she worked for over 12 years. Nancy loved all of her clients and residents, always showing great compassion for others. She married Edward Pecha on June 7, 1989 in Kansas. Nancy loved her family and friends very much and put others above herself. Nancy loved her coffee, playing solitaire and spending time outside on the patio watching the birds.

She is survived by her daughter, Christal Erwin; two grandchildren, Kyle and wife, Kristina Clodfelter, Kaitlyn Winters and boyfriend, Luis; two great grandsons, Kysen and Kaden Clodfelter; specials friends of the family, Ronda Stewart and Steve Clark.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jeffrey; husband, Edward.

Nancy will be so missed by everyone who loved her. Special thanks to the staff at St. Mary's Cancer Center and Elara Caring Home Health and Hospice for all of their care and support.
