April 8, 1946 - April 18, 2019

The funeral for Henry Richard Keefer, 73-year-old Enid resident will be 11 a.m. Monday, April 29, 2019 in the Henninger-Hinson Chapel. Pastor Eldon Stephens will officiate. Burial will follow in Paradise Cemetery, Breckenridge.

Henry was born April 8, 1946 in Oklahoma City to Floyd and Dora (Haley) Keefer and died Thursday, April 18, 2019 in Baptist Hospital, OKC.

He worked for many years in the oil fields of Oklahoma. He served honorably in the United States Navy during the Viet Nam War. The family wishes attenders to dress casually.

He is survived by his wife Carol, 10 children; John Keefer, Sarah Keefer, Tommie Lee Daugherty, Maria Colvard, Stephanie Crissup, Tony Caputo, Tara Coleman, Irene Coulson, Ival Ray Coleman, and Stephen Kurtz. Numerous grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two brothers, Ival King and Floyd Keefer, and two sisters, Janice Shields and Mary Osborne, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Etta.

Memorials may be made through Henninger-Hinson to St. Joseph's Indian School.
