September 15, 1936 - November 19, 2020

Shirley Dean Woolsey was born Sept. 15, 1936, in Spiro, Okla., to Lonnie and Bessie Evans and passed away Nov. 19, 2020, in Enid.

She worked a number of years at Woolco, Larry Black's and Newman's before retiring from Hobby Lobby. Shirley was married to Clifford Ray Woolsey. He preceded her in death in 2000.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Anyone that knew Shirley knew she had a love for gardening. If any of her neighbors would let her, she'd gladly garden their yard as well.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; her parents and brother, Lonnie Evans Jr.

Shirley is survived by son, Jeff Woolsey and wife, Lori of Enid and granddaughter, Carli Woolsey of Enid.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, 2020, in the Mausoleum of Memorial Park Cemetery with Wesley Byrd officiating. Burial will follow. Services are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Condolences may be given to the family online at www.enidwecare.com/.
