A Celebration of Life for Eva Mae (Wampler) Winslett, age 80 years, Enid, is 10:00 a.m. today, June 29, 2018, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home with the Rev. Gail Edmison and the Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Burial follows in Memorial Park Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Eva was born January 9, 1938, in Enid, to Clarence and Betty (Holmes) Goode, and passed away Monday, June 25, 2018, at her home in Enid. Eva attended Enid Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1956. Following high school, she obtained her nursing degree from Autry Vocational School. She married William "Bill" Wampler December 27, 1976. He passed away May 25, 1996. She worked as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) at Enid Memorial Hospital for many years, then she worked for Dr. Charles Ogle, where she eventually retired after 13 years.

Eva married Joe Winslett April 21, 2007. She was a long-time member of Willow View United Methodist Church, where she was in charge of the Birthday and Anniversary Card Ministry, making sure members were recognized on their special day. Eva was also involved in the nursery for many years. She enjoyed traveling, camping, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she adored.

Eva is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Betty Goode; husband, Bill Wampler; brother, Larry Goode; brother-in-law, George Laubmeier; son-in-law, Dana Clark; and great-grandson, Tyler. Eva is survived by her husband Joe Winslett, of the home in Enid; two sons, Gregory Webb and wife Erin, of Guthrie, Michael Webb and wife Kim, of Ponca City; two daughters, Mary Clark, of Enid, Debie Hurst and husband Scotty of Enid; four step-children, Denisa Gonzales and husband Eloy, of Albuquerque, NM, Tina Henagar and husband Hoppy, of Del Rio, TX, Robert Winslett, of Lytle, TX, Charles Winslett and wife Liz, of Gallatin, TN; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 14 step-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Ann Laubmeier, of Wisconsin.

Memorials in Eva's name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
