A graveside service for Beatrice (Bea) Ann Williams is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016, in Memorial Park Cemetery with Chaplain Gary Miller officiating. Service is under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Bea was born July 17, 1929, to Louis G. and Mary (Pacula) Semrad in Bison, and passed away Dec. 23, 2016. She attended schools in Freedom, Waukomis, and Hennessey, graduating from Enid High School in 1947. Bea married Gerald G. Williams on Feb. 5, 1949, and the couple made Enid their home. She worked as a bookkeeper for five years at Long Bell Lumber Co. and 14 years as a bookkeeper and office manager for Proctor Inc. before retiring.

She loved gardening and belonged to Iris Club societies in Wichita, Tulsa, Ponca City and two in OKC, having served two years as Vice President of the Sooner Iris Society. She was a lifelong member of the American Iris Society where she performed as a Judge, and served in all positions in the North Central Iris Society of Enid.

Bea is survived by sons, Leslie Gerald Williams of Bison; Gordon Louis Williams of Lahoma; and Gerald G. Williams Jr. of Pittsburg, Pa.; four grandsons; one granddaughter; one step-granddaughter; one great-grandson and one great-great- granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, and two sisters.
