The funeral service for Agnes L. Wells Forbis Williams, age 92, will be at 10:30 AM Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Kenneth Wade officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with family will be Friday 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Agnes was born to Jacob and Tonie (Bruna) Gabriel on April 7, 1920, in Bison, and passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at her home in Enid.

Agnes grew up in Bison and attended school there. She was an Avon Salesperson since 1958. Agnes was a member of Farmerette Club, Women of the Moose College of Regents, and a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband Ellis of the home; son Rex Wells and wife Kim of Folsom, California; step-sons Tom Wells and wife Judy of Citrus Heights, California, and Gene Wells and wife Laura of Loomis, California; nine grandchildren, including Joshua Ellis Thomas Wells of Tucson, Arizona; and ten great-grandchildren.

Agnes was preceded in death by two husbands, Freeman Ellis Wells and Orvan Forbis; daughter Karen Karaka-Smith; brother James Gabriel; and sister Mary Buller.

Memorials are to Moose Charities or Hospice Circle of Love.
