Funeral for Cynthia "Cindy" Wilcoxen, 47, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 7-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Truman, and cousin Austin McKaig. Cindy was born July 24, 1964, in Enid, Okla., to William and Sharon Baker Truman and passed Tuesday, July 10, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Okla., of a rare cancer.

She graduated from Kremlin High School in 1982, and attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Okla. She enjoyed working at United Foods and Bass Hospital.

On June 3, 1989, she married Paul Wilcoxen in Enid, Okla. Their son, Jake, was born in July 2000, in Edmond, Okla. Their son, Ryan, was born in July 2004, in Pineville, N.C. She loved her children and was involved in their activities; attending all their school and sports events. Cindy enjoyed being a homemaker. A few of her favorite things were candles, attending to her flowers and plants, enjoyed her yard work, and shopping with her Aunt Jan. She loved her schnauzers, Max and Ruby.

Cindy is survived by her beloved children, Jake and Ryan, and her husband Paul of the home; her father, Bill Truman; sister, Lisa Truman; niece, Emma Truman; and grandmother, Ruby Baker, all of Enid, Okla; Aunt Janis McKaig, Uncle Tony and cousin Tyler of Norman, Okla., Uncle Gary Baker of Fairview, Okla.; stepmother, Debra; stepbrothers, Adam and Christopher Lantz; stepsisters, Marrissa Kaumavae and Ashleigh Lantz; six nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
