Clauda Kay Warner
February 5, 1947 ~ September 1, 2016


Visitation for Clauda Kay Warner, 69, who passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016, will be 1-8 Tuesday, September 6, 2016, and the Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday September 7, 2016, at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, Kansas. Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, Oklahoma.

Survivors are husband, James D. Warner; daughters, Denise Dawson [Philip] and Connie Dotson [Dave]; four grandchildren, Nathan and Eric Dawson, Danielle and Samantha Dotson; four siblings, Patricia Neely, Nancy Mueller [Rick], Terry Ferguson, and Sally Taylor; and father-in-law, Frank Meadows [Gayle].
