Francis Alice Plummer Ward, Born February 25, 1917 near Seiling Oklahoma on the family farm and died July 20, 1995. She was married July 13, 1939 to Willis Dowel.
Survived by : Alice Faye Evers, Lottie Ellen Williams, Viola Violet Gay, Toni Kaye Miskell, Velma Kathleen Hall, Shile Marie Hoffman, & Pauletta Lou Ward. & one son Clarence William Ward.
She was preceded by her husband, Willis Dowel Ward.
