November 4, 1932 - September 13, 2020

Funeral service for Marion Leon Wanzer, 87, of Enid, will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kelly Cronkhite and Pastor Robert Courtney officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday evening 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Marion was born November 4, 1932 in Loyal, Oklahoma to Floyd Ferman and Lydia L. (Helzer) Wanzer and passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at his home.

Marion graduated from Loyal High School in 1950. He then served in the United States Air Force. On September 15, 1995 Marion married Loretta (Sissons) Branham. Marion worked at Vance Air Force Base as an aircraft mechanic until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife Loretta of the home; children Vickie Wanzer Long, Robert Wanzer, Scott Wanzer, Tracy Branham Andersen, and Jennifer Branham Garcia; 8 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Marion is preceded in death by his parents, first wife Janet Healey, daughter Cindy Cooper, sister Betty Vrska, and 3 brothers Floyd, Ferman, and Keith.
