Monday, April 16th, 1934 - Wednesday, July 12th, 2023

A Celebration of Life for Anna Belle Wylie, age 89, of Enid, will be 10:00 am, Monday, July 17, 2023 at Emmanuel Enid with Pastor Wade Burleson officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral home. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 pm, Sunday, July 16th at the funeral home.

Anna was born April 16th, 1934 in Bokchito, Oklahoma to John and Thelma (Harris) Hallman and passed from this life to eternal glory on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 in Enid.

Anna graduated from Durant High School in 1951 and days later married James Calvin Wylie on May 21st. While living in Hobbs, New Mexico, she worked at Famaris Oil company. When they moved to Carrollton, Texas, Anna was employed by Texas Instruments and worked as secretary at Newman Smith High School. After returning to Oklahoma, she went to work for Getty Oil Company, Texaco, and Chevron. Later, she worked at Emmanuel Baptist Church as receptionist.

Anna filled her time with service to her family, her community, and her church. She diligently served as a Sunday School teacher to three year olds at First Baptist Church of Hobbs, at First Baptist Church of Carrollton, at First Baptist Church of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, and at Emmanuel Enid. She also enjoyed volunteering for Bass Hospital after retirement.

Anna will forever be remembered as a loyal daughter, caring sister, loving and devoted wife, doting mother, adoring grandmother and great-grandmother, faithful friend; but mostly her legacy is as a dedicated servant of Jesus.

Anna is survived by her daughter, Pamela Koehn and husband Ron, of Enid; two granddaughters, Christina Goodrum and husband Bob, of Goddard, KS; Cayleena Pilgreen and husband Matt, of Haven, KS; two sisters, Anna Sharp, of Calera, OK and Carol Hallman, of Durant, OK; seven great-grandchildren, Caed Reed, Caleb Reed, Gavi Goodrum, Anaielle Goodrum, Abrianna Goodrum, and Isaiah Goodrum, all of Goddard, KS, and Holden Pilgreen of Haven, KS. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Calvin; and great-grandson, Hesston Pilgreen.

Memorial contributions in Anna's name may be made to Victory Village Christian Academy with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
