John William Wolf
November 12, 1940 - February 28, 2023

Mass of Christian Burial for John Wolf, 82 of Tulsa, formerly of Enid, will be Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 11:00 am in St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Reverend Mark Mason celebrant. Recitation of the Rosary will be 10:30 am at the church with Deacon Val Ross presiding. Inurnment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory, Enid.

John was born on November 12, 1940 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Gerald and Helen (Zurline) Wolf and died on February 28, 2023 in Claremore, Oklahoma.

He grew up on the family farm and graduated from Mount St. Mary's High School. John began his 39 year career with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1959, where he was a lineman and later a foreman. He married Carol Dixon and they made their home in Enid. They had two children, Phillip and Sherri. On October 25, 1985, John married Amelia "Emily" Diaz Bradshaw in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and they made their home in Enid. John was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, and Knights of Columbus Council 1044. He volunteered for many years at St. Mary's Hospital and Our Daily Bread. After retirement, John and Emily enjoyed traveling in their RV.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Marguerite Brown; brother, Jerome Wolf; step-son, Edward Bradshaw.

He is survived by his wife, Emily; children and their spouses, Phillip and Mindy Wolf and Sherri and Rick Lunday; stepsons and their wives, Michael & Delaina Bradshaw, Stephen & Eileen Bradshaw, Matthew & Shelley Bradshaw; eleven grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers, Joseph, James, Jerald and Jeffrey Wolf; sisters, Pat Lodes, Jane Unsell, Ann Fisher and Linda Colwell; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to Our Daily Bread.
