Janet Kaye Wells
February 26, 1959 - August 13, 2023

A Celebration of Life for Janet Kaye Wells, 64, of Enid, Oklahoma, will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 18, 2023, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be a visitation at the funeral home from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.

Janet was born in San Diego, California, on February 26, 1959, to Ronald Lee and Berneta Mae (Tolle) Willson, and passed on to her Heavenly Home on Sunday, August 13, 2023, in Springfield, Missouri.

Janet was a lover of Jesus, people, and coffee. Her world revolved around serving others, and she valued the hearts of people more than anything. Janet was a constant source of unconditional love, strength, and encouragement to all who knew her. She cherished her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Janet was generous, kind, funny, creative, and she always had a perfect little surprise gift for everyone. If she had something she thought someone needed, she gave it to them, even if it meant she would do without. Janet attended Get Up Levantate Church and House of Prayer anytime her schedule allowed. She was a customer care associate at Lowe's in Light & Electrical for nearly eight years.

Janet is preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Willson and Berneta Edwards; brother, Russell Willson; sister, Bonita Owens; sister, Debbie Hubert; sister, Karen Webster. She is survived by her five children, Jamy Wells and wife Shana, of Cherokee, OK, Christy Ayres and husband Dave, of Springfield, MO, Scott Wells and wife Ashtyn, of Wichita, KS, Lisa Decker and husband Mark, of Ringwood, OK, Jarod Wells and wife Sandra, of Wichita, KS; her 23 grandchildren; her 10 great-grandchildren; her sister, Cindy Rogers, of Enid, OK; her brothers, Ronald Willson and wife Guyla, of Enid, OK, and Rick Willson and wife Kathy, of Collinsville, OK.
