July 21, 1926 - May 3, 2020

"Out of love and safety for the health of our family and friends, the Lois Venable family will save our visitation, hugs, and personal greetings for you in the future. Thank you for your prayers." A Private Family Graveside service will be 11:00 am Friday at the Memorial Park Cemetery with Chaplain Gary Miller officiating. Arrangements are under the direction Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Lois was born July 21, 1926, near Laverne, OK to Carter G. and Sylvia O. (DuVall) Boyle and passed away at her home on May 3, 2020. She attended and graduated from Hennessey High School in 1944. On February 4, 1946, she married William "Bill" Venable in Wellington, KS and he passed away on September 13, 2005. She worked in the meat dept. for Safeway Grocery Store for over 30 years retiring in 1984.

She is survived by her children; Ramona Howard and husband Jerry of Hackett, AR, Ron Venable and wife Janice of Simpsonville, South Carolina, Charles Venable and wife Song of Springdale, AR, Robert Venable and wife Karen of Enid, and Jerry Venable and wife Debbie of Enid, 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren, sisters; Louise Hoskins, Letha Schulz and Glenda Burdg and husband Howard, and several other family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, infant daughter and a great grandson.

Memorials may be made to OMRF-Alzheimer or Diabetes Divisions with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
