The funeral for Gladys G. Van Hoesen, 92, of Enid, will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Billings. The Rev. Floyd Westfall will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home.

She was born June 29, 1913, in Waukomis to Guy and Eliza Pearce and died Thursday, May 11, 2006, in Enid.

She graduated from Billings High School in 1932.

She married Howard LaVern Van Hoesen May 5, 1933, in Enid. They made their home in the Covington-Garber area until August 1949, when they moved to Billings. She lived in Billings until she retired from Billings Fairchild Center in 1993, after 30 years. She then moved to Enid.

Surviving are two daughters, Audrey Stratton of Enid and Dolores Van Hoesen of Dallas; a son, Everette Van Hoesen of Ponca City; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard, one son, two sisters and two brothers.
