Funeral Services for Georgene Ann Tah, 56 year-old Enid resident will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at Zoë Bible Church with the Pastor Cornelius Pitts officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be a family visitation from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Georgene was born on May 23, 1952 in Enid the daughter of Walles Stoll and Dorothy (Rabe) Stoll and died Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Golden Oaks Nursing Center after a courageous battle with cancer.

She graduated from Enid High school (in 1970) and attended college in Winfield. She worked as a dietary aide most of her life and at suds yer duds laundry mat. She married Rudolph Tah, Jr. on September 9, 1973 in Enid.

Georgene loved to cook and decorate cakes. She had her own hour long show on pegasys on how to arrange artificial flowers.

She was very active in her church and loved her church, Christian music and her Lord.

She is survived by two brothers, John Stoll and his wife Doris of Gentryville, Indiana; Robert Parrish of Chandler, OK; two sisters, Esther Leachman and her husband J.R. of Enid; Kathy Flowers and her husband Steve of Mooreland, Indiana; several nieces and nephews; and one god-daughter, Amber Padilla.

Her parents and husband preceded her in death.

Memorial contributions may be made to Zoë Bible Church with Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home acting as custodians of the fund.
