Graveside services for Paula Boatright Sturgeon, 72, will be Friday at 2:30 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery. Viewing will be Wednesday from 3:00 to 8:00 pm at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.

Paula Ann Murray Boatright Sturgeon, a lifelong Enid resident passed away July 27, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 1, 1948 to Vivian and Leroy Murray.

Paula married Chester Boatright on August 16, 1963, and were married until his passing in 2005. They had three daughters, Shawna Stehr, Shannon Boatright and Amanda Holt. On January 3, 2013, Paula married Jerry Sturgeon and they lived happily together until her passing. Paula was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was the rock of this family and took care of us all and will be deeply missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vivian and Leroy Murray and husband, Chester Boatright.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Sturgeon; daughters, Shawna (Bill) Stehr, Shannon Boatright and Amanda (Sheldon) Holt; granddaughters, Rachel Moore, Drayden Robertson, and Bella Little; step granddaughter, Nikki Stehr and several extended family and friends.
