Graveside service for Wanda Stratton, 80, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Memorial Park Garden Chapel. Rev. Jim Edmison will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Wanda was born Feb. 1, 1932, in Maysville, Okla., and died Sunday, Aug., 12, 2012, in Edmond, Okla. She grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley, graduating in 1950. Wanda married P.J. Stratton March 29, 1955, in Gainesville, Texas. They moved to Enid in 1958. In 1995, she moved to Crescent and has lived there since. Wanda worked at St. Mary’s Hospital as a Nurse Aide before retiring. She is survived by her daughter, Eva Carol Piearcy and husband Matt of Crescent; one son, Jimmy Wayne Stratton and wife Felicia of Edmond; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband and three sisters.
