The funeral for Leota Marie Rogers, 73, of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church. Ron Olson and Devin Fletcher, pastors, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery . Arrangements are by Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. Visitation with family will be 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at the funeral home.

She was born June 29, 1935, in Hillsdale to Ivan and Audrey Boring Stoner and died Friday, May 29, 2009, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.

She was raised in Hillsdale and later moved to Enid. She married Clifford Eugene Fletcher.

She worked for Enid Linen Service and then for the city of Enid as a custodian for several years.

She married Elmer Rogers Nov. 10, 1962, in Enid. He died in 1989.

She was a member of Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church, Enid Senior Citizens Center and Retired Senior Volunteer Program.

Surviving are two sons, Mike Rogers of Enid and David Fletcher of Meno; one daughter, Brenda Copeland of Enid; two sisters, Mary Lewis and Judy Faye Johnson, both of Enid; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Elmer, she was preceded in death by one daughter and two brothers.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Muscular Dystrophy Foundation.
