The funeral for Ronald Robinson, 61, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Brad Mendenhall will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Ronald was born Dec. 29, 1946, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Donald Cordell and Lois Nutt Robinson and died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at his home. He married Eva Ball Aug. 17, 1974, at Hunter Methodist Church.

Ronald was a member of Alpha Gamma Rho, Garfield County Master Gardeners, Garfield County Farm Bureau Board, OSU Extension Service from 1975 to July 31, 2003, Choctaw County Extension Service from June 1, 1975, to Nov. 30, 1977, Pontotoc County Extension Service from Dec. 1, 1977, to July 31, 1988, and Garfield County Extension Service from Aug. 1, 1988. He also helped found the first Master Gardener program in Oklahoma

He is survived by his wife, Eva; his children, Kara Robinson and Craig Robinson, of the home; and his sister, Rhonda Robinson of Stillwater. He was preceded in death by his parents.
