SALINA, KS- Gloria Ross, 75, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021. She was born in Enid to Celester and Vera (Lyles) Ross.

Gloria grew up in Enid, attending Carver Elementary School, Booker T. Washington High School, Enid High School, and then Howard University in Washington D.C. After college Gloria worked at Oklahoma Gas and Electric before returning to school to earn a degree in nursing. In 2007 she moved to Salina to work at the Salina Regional Health Center.

Gloria is survived by her brother, Carlos Ross and sister, Esterlene Sanders both of Enid; many great-nieces and nephews; her work family at the hospital; and many loving friends.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2021 at Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday December 28th at Ryan Mortuary. Graveside services will be 11:30 A.M. Thursday, December 30, 2021 in Memorial Park Cemetery in Enid. Viewing will be 10:00 to 11:15 A.M. prior to the graveside service at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.
