ENID — Funeral service for Arby L. Ott, 92, of Waukomis, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Central Assembly of God Church with Rev. Kevin Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. today at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Arby was born Dec. 13, 1919, in Poolville, Texas, to Frank and Ethel (Phillips) Phillips and passed away at her home Friday, March 2, 2012.

She married Benjamin L. Ott Jan. 8, 1946, in Enid. He passed away Dec. 27, 2011.

She was a matron with Waller Jr. High School and retired in 1986.

Arby was a member Central Assembly of God Church, where she taught Sunday school, was part of the missionettes, and worked in the nursery. She loved to garden and take care of her yard.

Arby is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Ruane of Albuquerque, N.M., and LouAnn Robinette of Enid; two sons, Arben Ott and wife Ann of Owasso, Okla., and David Ott and wife Sandi of Waukomis; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Larama, six sisters, and a brother.

Memorials may be made to Waukomis Fire and Rescue Department with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
