Funeral services for Julian M. “Jude” Osburn will be 11:00am Thursday, April 5, 2018 in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The family has asked those attending to be casual and if possible, wear blue as that was Jude’s favorite color. A private family burial will follow the service in Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Jude was born May 6, 1941 in Enid to Arley Marion and Magdelena Anna Elizabeth (Marcus) Osburn and passed March 31, 2018 in Enid, surrounded by family.

On May 9, 1964, Jude married Carol Coyle. They made their home in Enid. Carol passed in 2005.

For over 50 years, Jude worked as a mechanic for several businesses. He retired from Sooner Auto Parts in 2010.

Collecting and playing with trains were among his favorite things but most of all, he loved being with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Teresa; three sisters; three brothers and great-grandchild, Ezekiel Osburn.

Jude is survived by children, Arlan Osburn, Sr. and Valenda Gregg; grandchildren, Julian R. Osburn (Lisa); Robby Damron (Autumn); Arlan Osburn, Jr. (Devonee); Carol Miller; Brenda Reese (CJ Gallaugher); Cory Osburn and Nick Osburn; Kyle Miller; Amanda Gallaugher; great-grandchildren, Braden Osburn; Andrew Osburn; Braxton Osburn; Austin Damron; Urijah Osburn; Gauge Osburn; Teresa Miller; Brelinda Miller; April McKeegan; Clayton Reese; Maci Reese; Zayden Osburn and Kylie Osburn; sister, Dora Steele; extended family, Jim and Amy Gallaugher as well as numerous others.

Memorials can be given in his name to Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
