Funeral service for Sylvia Olbert, 85, of Enid, Okla., will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel. The Revs. Tom Pullin and Duane Moraine will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Sylvia was born Nov. 3, 1929, to Virgil and Gertie Withrow in Waynoka, Okla. She left the arms of her loving children to be received into the arms of her precious Lord and Savior on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2015.

Sylvia and Roland Olbert were married on June 5, 1965. She left Central National Bank to join Roland in running Tom and Tiddle for several years. She later found her career niche working her way up the career ladder to director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. The friends she made along the way have lasted until today. She adored her family, loved her career, but living for Jesus was her heart's desire.

She served through singing and playing piano and organ, causing toes to tap and sometimes tears to fall with the beauty of it. She loved all creatures great and small.

She is survived by her son, Jeff, and daughters, Terry and Connie; grandchildren, Tony, Jason, Kristen, Kyle, Kolby and Konrad; five great-grandchildren; and more loving family and friends than we can count.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Juanita and Virgie; and brother, Merritt "Bud."

We miss you Mother, we love you and know you now have the joy and laughter that can only be found in Heaven. We can almost hear you singing.

Memorials may be given to Sisters of Mercy OKC Health Foundation with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.

Condolences may be shared at www.Brown-Cummings.com.
