Memorial Park Cemetery


The services celebrating and honoring the life of Rustin Shane Osburn, 40, of Enid will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday August 25, 2022 in the World Harvest Church with Pastor Brad Mendenhall officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Rustin was born May 21, 1982, to Garry and Calvina Osburn in Enid, Oklahoma and passed from this life August 20, 2022, in Enid, Oklahoma.

He was raised and educated in Enid graduating from Enid High School with the class of 2001 where he was very active in the Big Blue Band playing the flute. He began working at Western Sizzlin at the age of 16 and continued his career with the business for twenty years; he was a manager at the time of their closing in December 2018. He then worked at Jumbo's deli and as a delivery driver for Lowes. He married Faith Rine November 24, 2015, and from this union came two children, Aaleyah and Porter. He was a member of the North Garland Church of Christ for many years of his life and most recently a member of World Harvest. He loved vacationing in Branson with his family; he enjoyed spending time with friends, watching football, hunting, metal detecting, and being a father to his children.

He is survived by his wife Faith Osburn and two children Aaleyah and Porter Osburn, of the home; his parents Garry and Calvina Osburn, of Enid; one brother Daniel Osburn of Enid; and his Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Tim and Becky Rine, of Montgomery, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorials may be made in his honor to the Osburn Childrens Education fund with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
