OBIT - Enid Morning News - Enid, OK
The funeral for David P. (Paul) Osburn. 72, Enid, will be 2 P.M. Saturday at Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. John Jamieson will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
He was born July 16, 1932, in Hennessey to Arley and Magdalena Mirkes Osburn and died Wednesday, July 28, 2004 at Integris Bass Pavilion. (a nursing home).
He attended local schools in Enid. He married Rosie Caroline Wills Aug. 12, 1958 in Enid, where they made their home.
Surviving are three daughters, Frances Brown of Enid, Marie Smith of Muskogee, and Betty McLaughlin of Enid; 14 grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Wills of Enid, and Dora Steele of Kremlin; and one brother, Julian Osburn of Enid.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Caroline, two sisters, two brothers and one grandson.
Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Research Foundation, Diabetes Division, with the funeral home acting as custodian of the fund. Condolences may be made online at www.Enidwecare.com.
