June 19, 1919 - January 13, 2018

A Celebration of Life service for Eileen (Bond) Kreplin Norman age 98 of Oklahoma City formerly of Enid will be 2:00 pm Tuesday at Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Robert Bond officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Eileen was born June 19, 1919 in Cole County, Missouri to Melvin G. Bond and Jessie J. Mengers and passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 in Tuscany Village in Oklahoma City.

Eileen married Carl Kreplin on October 15, 1940 and he passed away on June 11, 1973. She later married Walter Norman in December 29, 1984 and he passed away October 24, 1997. She graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1938. Eileen attended and graduated from Business College in Oklahoma City.

Eileen was a member for over 50 years of the Eastern Star-Chapter 36, serving as Worthy Matron, Past President of Beta Sigma Phi, Shriners Ladies, Sooner Sunday School Class at Central Christian Church, and Past President of Quail Chapter-ABWA. Eileen moved to Oklahoma City to be near her daughter in 2009.

She is survived by son Jerry Kreplin and wife Betty of Enid, her daughter Dr. Judy Greider of OKC, four grandchildren, Janice Wilkinson and husband Sam, Kurt Kreplin and wife Sherri, Jack Carroll and wife Angela, Kevin Kreplin and wife Cheryl, eight great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and several other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Grant and Parker Bond, and son in law Roger Greider, and nephew Greg Bond.

Memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Cancer Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
