Funeral services for Bernadine A. Nigh, 87, of Enid, will be at 2:30 PM Saturday in the Ladusau – Evans Chapel with Rev. Tommy Hinson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Ladusau – Evans Funeral Home.

She was born June 15, 1907 in McAllister, Oklahoma to L. R. and Nellie Lowry Rasar and died Wednesday evening at the University Nursing Center. In 1924 she married Sam Nigh Krebbs, Oklahoma and they came to Enid in 1964 from McAllister. She was an active member of the Calvary Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher, a volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital and a member of the East Side Garden Club.

She is survived by her husband, Sam; a son, Bob Nigh and his wife Helen; four grandchildren: Mary Feren of Tulsa, Normandie Nigh of Marina Del Rio, California, Stephanie Hendrick of San Diego, California and Robert Nigh, Jr. of Lincoln, Nebraska; three great – grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church with the church and Ladusau – Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the fund.
