Memorial Park Cemetery


The graveside services celebrating and honoring the life of Marilyn Michelle Nichols, 56, of Billings, will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday January 26, 2023 in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Gary Miller officiating. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Marilyn was born September 21, 1966 to Lewis and Ruth Prestige Nichols in Enid, Oklahoma and passed from this life January 21, 2023 in Billings, Oklahoma.

She was raised and educated in Enid attending Garfield Elementary and Longfellow. After graduating she moved to Norman, Oklahoma at attended Vocational School at The McCarty Center. She returned to Enid where she worked at Opportunities Inc. She moved to Billings in 1996. She was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church.

She loved sitting in the Nursing office drinking a Diet Coke and eating a Hershey bar and taking rides in the bus when she was younger.

She is survived by her sisters, Susan Nichols, of Edmond and Elizabeth Miller, of Sacramento, California; one brother, David Nichols, of Enid, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Ruth Nichols; two sister Beverly Nichols, Carol Murray; one brother, Timothy Nichols and her favorite daytime nurse Darlene.
