Shawn Ashley Kruizinga
Febvruary 24, 1970 ~ March 21, 1970


Shawn Ashley, infant son of Sergeant and Mrs Jerry Kruizinga was born at Ent Air Force Base near Colorado Springs, Colorado, February 24 and was transferred to Fitzsimmons Hospital in Denver where he died Saturday.

Survivors in addition to his parents are a brother, Clayton Aaron; paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Richard Milligan, Carrier; paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Fred Kruizinga, Tulsa, and his maternal great grandmother, Mrs Sarah News, Enid.

Graveside services will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery Thursday at 1 PM with chaplain Robert Rodman of Vance Air Force Base officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Heart Division, with Henninger-Allen as fund custodians.
