Enid, Oklahoma June 2009 August 8, 1918 ~ June 22, 2009 Jack attended early school in Enid, OK, and graduated from high school in Nacona, TX. Jack served a tour of duty in the U.S. Army. He married Juanita Moody on May 25, 1940, in Medford, OK and they made their home in Enid, OK. Jack worked 44 years as an instruments foreman for Champlin Refinery in Enid. He belonged to the Bible Baptist Church. Left to mourn Jack’s passing are his wife; son, Jack W. Keck; daughter, Beverly Parham; two brothers, Bill Keck and Roy Keck; three granddaughters, two stepgrandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sisters. His graveside service will be on June 26, 2009, with Rev T.A. Chick and Rev Randy Chick officiating. |

The Rev Terry Chick will officiate.7 The family receives friends 12-1:30 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home, prior to the graveside service.7 Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Juanita went to be with the Lord Sunday, June, 11, 2017. She was born to John and Mary Moody August 29, 1918, the youngest of seven children, six girls and one boy.7 She received her education in Enid schools and graduated from Enid High School in 1936.7 Juanita married Jack Delbert Keck in 1940. She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Enid.7 When Jack had Alzheimer's, their son moved them to Texas, where they bought a home in Burkburnett. After Jack's death, she continued to live in Burkburnett and attended the First United Methodist Church until her death. She leaves a daughter, Beverly Parham, in Indianapolis, Ind., a son Jack Wesley Keck in Burkburnett, Texas, and his wife, Marilyn.7 Two granddaughters, Shelby P. Slowik and husband, Nick, Indianapolis, Ind., Stacey P. Williams and husband, Brandt, San Francisco, Calif., and a granddaughter Shannon D. Keck, deceased. Three great-grandchildren, Jack Williams, Alexandra Williams in San Francisco, Calif., and Brayden Stewart, Cincinnati, Ohio. Also, a stepgranddaughter, Michelle Wiese and husband, Mason, and stepgrandson, Michael Barfield and wife, DeAnna of Burkburnett, Texas.7 Five stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison and Marley Wiese, Dalton, Morgan and Maverick Barfield. She enjoyed reading, tending her garden, cooking and baking for her family. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Roy of the home; three daughters, Linda Kiefer and husband Kenneth of Enid, Becky Mathis and husband Danny of Elmore City, Okla., and Sandy Schovanec and husband Joe of Edmond, Okla.; one son, Paul Keck and wife Sandra of Waukomis; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Alma Lamascus of Nocona, Texas. © Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Enid, Oklahoma September 2017 December 19, 1939 ~ September 29, 2017 The funeral services celebrating the life of Zarilyn "Zee" Nelson Keck, M.H.R., C.A.D.A.C., 77, of Enid, will be held 3:00 P.M. Wednesday October 4, 2017 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Gary Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home. She was born December 19, 1939 to John and Mildred Watts Nelson in Sayre, Oklahoma, and passed from this life on September 29, 2017 in Enid, Oklahoma. She was raised in Woodward and then moved to Cherokee where she graduated High School in 1958. She then attended the University of Missouri receiving her certification as a Dental Hygienist. She returned to Enid and married Ronnie Wedel in 1962 and from this union came two sons. She worked as a Dental Hygienist for over 20 years. She returned to college and received her Bachelors of arts degree from Southern Nazarene University in 1984. In 1995 she developed and built five homes on Wellington Street in Enid. She then attended The University of Oklahoma receiving her Master's Degree in Human Relations in 1999. She worked as a counselor in a private practice and the Parental Counseling Group, Hope Outreach, and Crabtree Correctional Center, retiring in 2004. She built her current home on her grandfather's homestead, west of Enid. She enjoyed raising and riding horses, fishing, and building decorative shelves in her work shop. She is survived by her son Derek and his wife Rebecca "Becca" Wedel of Enid, brother, Zan Nelson of Bethany, Oklahoma, one granddaughter, Mallory Parker, great granddaughter, two nieces, and one nephew, her caretaker and special friend Harold Crawford, and her lifelong friend, Terry Brand Crenshaw of Russell, Kansas.
