Harry A. Jensen, 59, 1319 N. Independence, died in a local hospital Friday evening following an illness of several months. His funeral will be 2 PM Monday at the Central Assembly of God Church with Reverend Glen Reeves and Reverend Elmer Watkins officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau – Evans Funeral Home.

Jensen was born December 9, 1915, at Council Bluffs, Iowa. He lived in different areas of the country before finishing his education at Canton. He came to Enid on the February 9, 1960, from Fairview where he had been employed by David Martens House Moving Company. He entered the exterminators business in 1949. In 1967, he owned and operated his own business known as the Mustang Termite Company. He was a member of the Central Assembly of God church. On October 1, 1939, he married Thelma Boese.

Survivors include his wife, Thelma, of the home; four sons, Joe, Woodward, Lynn, Oklahoma City, and Dubt and Vin, both of the home; five grandchildren; his mother – in – law, Mrs. Eva Boese, of the home; and two cousins who helped raise him.
