ENID — A graveside service for Michael Dan Jenkins, 64, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2012, at Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Pat Sutherlin will officiate. Viewing and visitation with family will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Michael was born to Everett and Beulah (Wamsley) Jenkins May 18, 1947, in Enid, and passed away Friday, April 20, 2012, in Oklahoma City.

Michael served in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Germany. In 1967, he received an honorable discharge and entered into the U.S. Army Reserves. He was discharged from the Army Reserves August 31, 1972. Michael married Frankie Leonard June 10, 1988, in Lipscomb, Texas. He worked for Ditch Witch and was self-employed in construction, working in southwest Kansas and northwest Oklahoma. Michael was baptized at Davis Park Christian Church.

Michael is survived by his mother, Beulah Jenkins of Enid; son, Cory Honeyman of Billings; grandchild, Kelcie Honeyman; two sisters, Linda and Dempsey Roten of Capron and Glenda and Gene Anderson of Waukomis; two nieces; four nephews; and numerous friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and wife.
