Funeral service for Brooklynn Hope Jared, infant daughter of Zachary Jared and Tylie Hoffman of Okeene, will be Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church, Garber with Pastor Tom LeGrand officiating. Burial will follow in Babyland, Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Brooklynn entered and left this world on July 13, 2018 in Enid.

She is survived by her parents of the home; grandparents, Terry & Brenda Hoffman of Hunter, OK, Amber Stites of Nunn, CO, John Jared of Round Lake, IL; great grandparents, James & Roberta Ellis of Prague, OK, and Donnie & Marthella Holloway of Enid; great great great grandmother, Lucille Champ of Woodward; Uncle Bryant Hoffman of Denver, CO; other relatives.
