August 19, 1947 - February 21, 2020

Funeral services for Terry Leonzo Ivy, 72, Enid resident, will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, February 24, 2020 in the First Baptist Church with Pastor Kelly Russell officiating. Committal prayers and interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2020 in Memorial Park Cemetery under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Terry was born on August 19, 1947 in Frederick, Oklahoma, the son of Roy and Ada (Bryant) Ivy. Terry passed away suddenly on February 21, 2020 at the age of 72 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends, including his wife of nearly 55 years, Nila Kay (George) Ivy. Terry and Kay met in high school in Frederick, Oklahoma where they were born. They were married on April 4, 1965. Terry worked as a meat cutter and processor for over 50 years. He was a member of the Sanctuary Choir and the Singin' Saints at First Baptist Church in Enid and he worked several years in Awanas and Children's Choir there. He was known as the World's Greatest Grandpa.

Terry is survived by his wife Kay, and their daughters Deb Ivy (Brian Cline), Vicki Tidball (Jeff Tidball), his sister Carolyn Kisler (Terry Kisler), brother Tom Ivy, and grandchildren Felicia Zeno (Chris), Sarah Rodriguez (Jim), Jacob Freeman (Loni), Jared Freeman (Caitlin), Lizzie Freeman (Carlos), Taylor Ivy-Webb (Tiffany), Keila Ivy (Jensen), Khrissy Coker (Rynn). Great grandchildren are Matthew Ivy-Webb, Alex Ivy-Webb, Cody Ivy-Webb, Lilly Tasset, and Isabell Walters, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Ada Marie Ivy, and a brother William Wayne Ivy.

Instead of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church.
