Lorraine Ethel [Davidson] Irvin
July 28, 1921 ~ September 7, 2008


The funeral for Lorraine Ethel Irvin, 87, of Enid, will be 2 pm Wednesday, September 10, 2008, at Central Christian Church Chapel. The Rev Don Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

She was born July 28, 1921, in Marshall to Arthur Bertrand and Irene Dallas Davidson and died Sunday, September 7, 2008, at Golden Oaks Nursing Center.

She attended school in Geary.

She married Eddie Frazier. They made their home in Enid.

She was a member of First Church of God in Christ, where she served as young women Christian counselor, purity counselor and youth choir director.

She worked as a salad hostess at Oakwood Country Club and retired from St Mary's Regional Medical Center as a certified nurses aide for 26 years.

Surviving are her children, Rev Donnie H. Frazier of Los Angeles, Calif., Faithan Frazier of Wichita, Kansas, John Frazier of Azusa, Calif., Royce Frazier and Craig Frazier, both of Edmond, Robert Frazier of Arkansas City, Kansas, Eddie Frazier Jr of Dallas, Edna King, Patricia Stevenson, Victoria Shells and Ordalia Frazier, all of Enid, Pamela Turner of Wichita, Kansas, Dr Jean Sims of Mobile, Ala; two brothers, Thaddeaus Johnson of El Reno, J.C. Johnson of Spenser; 34 grandchildren; and 42 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie, two sisters and three brothers.
