© Enid Morning News Enid, Oklahoma December 1968 October 31, 1892 ~ Decewmber 15, 1968 Mrs Minnie G. Husted Rites Wednesday Born: 31 Oct 1892 Died: 15 Dec 1968 Mrs Minnie G. Husted, 76, passed away Sunday morning following a lengthy illness. She was born in Milam, Missouri, and had been a resident of Enid for 45 years. She was a member of the Apostolate Faith Church, north of Enid. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs James [Lea] Frazer, Mrs Joe [Glenna] Leeper, Mrs Ramah Callender, all of Enid, Mrs. DeLoris Lidestri, Waterford, Connecticut; one son, Walter, Enid; 18 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth Goodwin, Hugoton, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Elwin. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Wednesday in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Ollie L. Kinser, officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Those who wish to express condolences are asked to call at 1701 W. Cherokee. |
© Enid Morning News Enid, Oklahoma November 1969 September 18, 1922 ~ November 12, 1969 Funeral rites for Walter Eugene Husted, 47, who died early Wednesday in a local hospital following a short illness, were held at 4 PM today in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. Gayl V. Plogue officiated and burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery. Husted was a native of Beaver County and had lived in Oklahoma his entire life. He was a house painter. Survivors include his wife Audry of the home at 1330 N. 11th; four children, Barbara Lark, Diana Smith and Eugene Husted, all of Fresno, California, and Steve Husted, Enid. |
