Howard, 76, who died early Monday in her home, will be at 2 PM Thursday in the Chapel of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home with the Rev Orville Parham officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs Howard was born August 16, 1904, at Jet and moved to Enid six years ago from Tulsa. She had lived in Lamers, California, for 30 years before moving to Tulsa. She and D. A. Howard were married July 27, 1928. In addition to her husband D. A., of the home at 1018 Canary Ln., Mrs Howard is survived by a brother, Ward Corbett, Erie, Kansas. |

Howard. 87, who died Sunday, August 9, 1992, in the Medford Nursing Home, will be at 11 am Tuesday in the Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev Marvin Goodpasture officiating. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The casket will be open at the funeral home until 10:45 am. Howard was born November 16, 1904 in Gage County, Neb., to Jeff and Malinda Summers Howard. He came to Nash in 1907 with his parents and lived on a farm east of there, where he was a farmer-stockman. He lived in Lemoore, Calif., for 25 years before returning to Oklahoma, where he lived in Enid for 10 years. He met and married Lorene Corbett. Survivors include a sister, Wanda Tribble of Copan, and a brother, Eldon Howard of Nash. He was preceded in death by his wife. |
© Enid News and Eagle Enid, Oklahoma August 18, 2014 June 6, 1916 ~ August 17, 2014 Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Life for Eva Pearl Howard, 98, of Nash, Okla., will be 10 am Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at Memorial Park Cemetery, with the Rev Bob Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-7 pm today, August 19, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Pearl was born June 6, 1916, in Pond Creek, Okla., one of six children and the daughter of Walter E. and Edna Van Sickle Hougham and passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. She was united in marriage to Eldon Howard in 1934, in El Reno, Okla. He preceded her in death in March 1998. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Nash. Pearl enjoyed quilting and spending time in her garden. Pearl will be remembered for her cooking, especially her fried chicken and her homemade Jelly. She worked side-by-side on the farm with her husband, Eldon. Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Schneider and husband Leroy of Enid; two grandchildren, Steven and Howard Schneider of Nash; three great grandchildren, Kenny, Bryan and Alicia; and three great great grandchildren, Annika, Leroy and Ema. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Denise Estrada; two great grandsons, Coby and Casey Schneider; and three brothers and two sisters. Memorial contributions may be made to the Nash Fire Department or Enid SPCA, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home acting as custodian of the funds. |

© Anderson~Burris Funeral Home Enid, Oklahoma March 2009 July 22, 1921 ~ March 7, 2009 The memorial service for William Richard "Dick" Howard, 87, will be 3 pm Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Garriott Road Church of Christ. Pastor Ray Rose will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery prior to the memorial service. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. He was born July 22, 1921, in Orr to Richard Paul and Annabell Haney Howard and died Saturday, March 7, 2009, at his home in Enid. He grew up in Comanche. He married Dorothy Nadine Holland July 3, 1941, in Portales, N.M.. The made their home in Melrose, N.M. He served with the 175th Infantry Regiment, 29th Division during World War II in the European theater of operations in England, France, Belgium, Holland and Germany for 14 months. He was demolition specialist and automatic rifleman responsible for furnishing automatic rifle fire for squad in attack and defense. He also assisted other members of platoon and company in capturing enemy positions and personnel. Following his discharge, he worked in the oil fields in New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. He was a dispatcher for Well Tech Service Co., formerly Chris Well Service, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Garriott Road Church of Christ Surviving are his wife, Dorothy, of the home; one son, Paul Randall "Randy" Howard of Enid; two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son. |
© Enid News and Eagle Enid, Oklahoma October 24, 2008 May 21, 1922 ~ October 21, 2008 The funeral service for Robert Lee Howard, age 86, will be at 2:30 pm Sunday, October 26, 2008, at the Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev Don Tines officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Robert was born to Walter M. and Margaret E. [Rich] Howard on May 21, 1922, in Strong City, OK, and died Tuesday, October 21, 2008, in Enid. He grew up in Enid, and attended Enid Schools. On July 19, 1941, he married Lois Holland, and they made their home in Enid. He then served in the United States Navy during World War II. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to Enid. Robert worked for Champlin Refinery for 42 years, retiring in 1983. He was a charter member of West Willow Community Church and a member of V.F.W. Robert is survived by his wife, Lois, of the home; four sons, Jerry Howard and wife, Ramona of Hackett, AR, Terry Howard of Edmond, Barry Howard and wife, Susan of Weatherford, and Tim Howard of Hennessey; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and one great great grandson. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Fred and Roy Howard; and sisters, Mamie Jackson, Dovie Biggs, Bernice Ellison and Gladys Howard. |

Lois was born February 16, 1923 at Laverne, OK to Louis and Goldie Robinson Holland, and passed away Sunday, July 27, 2020 in Enid. She graduated from Enid High School in 1941, and on July 19, 1941 she married Robert Howard. They made their home in Enid. Lois was a homemaker, a caregiver for many, and a hospital volunteer for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2008. Lois is survived by her sons, Jerry and wife Ramona, Terry, Barry and wife Susan, and Tim, eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren. |

Dorothy was born to Joe and Naomi [Morrow] Holland on March 8, 1925, in Alba, Texas, and passed peacefully with her family around her on Monday, August 1, 2011, in Enid. On July 3, 1941, she married William Richard Howard in Portales, N.M., where they made their home. They moved to Kingfisher in 1961, and then to Enid in 1966. Dorothy was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, beauty shops and collecting shoes. She was a 100 percent family oriented care-giver. Dorothy was a member of Garriott Road Church of Christ. She is survived by son, Randy Howard and wife Kay of Enid; two grandchildren, Gary Howard Jr and wife Brooke, and Rheadonna Howard, all of Enid; and five great grandchildren, Kyle Howard, Cody and Elena Camacho and Trevor and Tristan Howard. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, William Richard; son, Gary Howard Sr. and two brothers. Memorials may be made to Garriott Road Church of Christ. Howard age 58 of Enid will be 10 am Saturday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev Kevin Choate officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Aubery was born May 5, 1961 in Denver, CO to Aubery and Sharon [Franks] Howard and passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 at his home after a battle with cancer. He attended and graduated from Enid High School in 1979. He traveled as a construction foreman building various stores inside malls. He married Joshlyn Moore September 1, 1990 in Golden, Colorado. He moved back to Enid in 1993 to work along side his father learning the tile business. He started AE Howard Tile and Carpet in 1997. In 2001, he began investing in real estate and established Shabby Chic Properties. He loved traveling, going to the lake with his family, the ocean, all the concerts, golfing and bowling. He had a passion for his Sand Rail and his girlfriend, the "Red Mercedes". He is survived by his wife Joshlyn, daughters; Audry Howard and Rachelle Howard, grandsons, Hayden and Emryn, his mother Sharon Howard, sister Tammy Howard-Church, mother-in-law Carla Talley, and several other family members. Aubery always would tell family and friends "You Can" and would encourage everyone to do some type of act of kindness in his memory. "Buddy" Howard, Oklahoma City, who died Monday in an Oklahoma city hospital, will be today, 10 AM in Babyland of Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev Fred Schumacher will officiate and burial will be under the direction of Henninger-Allen Funeral Home. The Howard infant was born Saturday. Survivors in addition to her parents are two brothers, Scott and Jay, both of the home; maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Fred Krey, Enid, and paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Jim Howard Sr, Moore. |
